Student Success
Ultimately, you define success in your life and college career.
Leadership entails much more than simply meeting standards; it requires challenging yourself to go beyond what’s expected. We encourage you to develop a vision for success that merges program expectations with your personal values, goals and beliefs, and we’ll be here to help you along the way.
These meetings are opportunities for you to meet with a PLP staff member to reflect on your personal leadership development and growth. These meetings are designed to help you identify personal leadership development and academic goals. We encourage you to use these meetings as an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about campus resources.
In your fourth year, the senior is an an opportunity to synthesize your experiences on campus, in the community, and in the classroom to reflect on how PLP has shaped who you are and prepared you for your journey after college.
In your final year, you’ll celebrate your growth and success during PLP community events throughout the year, culminating in a senior celebration prior to commencement that marks your completion of the President’s Leadership Program.
